Terms of Service
1. The service
VWeiwo generates editable text suggestions from what you enter.
You must check them and use real information.
Do not use the app for illegal purposes or to cheat on exams.
2. Accounts and paid membership
Keep your account details safe. Membership is prepaid time or an extra pack. Prices are what the app shows.
Refunds are handled by customer service. For your first paid order on the account, if you are still in the cooling-off window and you have not used paid features, you can ask for a full refund (day pass: 24 hours from payment; month pass, quarter pass, extra pack: 7 days).
If paid features were used, the refund is based on remaining time and actual use. An extra pack that has been used at all is not refunded except where law or the payment platform requires it. Approved refunds stop the matching membership or pack; remaining days are not kept.
Delete account in Settings. Membership is not restored. Transactions are kept anonymized as required by law.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to break the law, infringe, or disrupt the service.
- Third-party model terms apply when you use those services.
- AI-generated content will be labeled as required.
4. AI-generated content
Hints and similar text suggestions are synthesized by an AI model. The app labels them as AI-generated. Check them before you use them, and answer from real experience. Do not use generated content where the law forbids assistance, including cheating on exams.
5. Intellectual property
The name, marks, interface, code, documentation, and other materials of this software, website, and related services are owned by the service provider as provided by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or otherwise use them without prior written permission.
You keep the rights you have in content you submit, and you grant the provider the processing and use needed to serve you. You warrant that what you submit does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
If you believe this software or website infringes your rights, write via Contact or email vweiwo@163.com with proof of ownership and a specific description. The provider will handle the claim as required by law.
6. Other
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental loss. We may update these terms and show a notice in the app; continued use means you have seen the update. For questions and complaints see Contact, or email vweiwo@163.com.
