1. Who we are
VWeiwo is operated by 赤峰松山区帷幄信息技术工作室.
How to exercise your rights is described in section 5.
2. Information we collect
We may collect account and sign-in identifiers, speech and voiceprint data (on-device by default), what you type, membership and payment status, push identifiers after you allow notifications, and invite codes. We use this to sign you in, generate hints, fulfill membership, and send notices. The app may use network, microphone, and notification permission. You can turn these off in system settings; some features will stop working.
Memory of the other person: this device stores questions they asked (short-term notes for this conversation and longer-term notes from earlier sessions) so later hints can use them. That record stays on the device. When you generate a hint, the current question and the context we need are sent to VWeiwo to write it. You can delete sessions and records on this device.

3. Third-party SDKs and services
JPush, Alipay, WeChat, Sign in with Apple and App Store purchases, and the hosted model channel are enabled only after you agree to this policy, and only to provide the matching feature. Hints go through VWeiwo to write a suggestion. The client does not keep, and does not call, your own third-party model keys.

4. Storage and processors
Account and membership business data are stored in the People’s Republic of China and hosted by a qualified cloud provider acting on our instructions (currently Alibaba Cloud related services). That is processing on our behalf; those processors are not listed as “third-party sharing.” When you use a third-party intelligence service (sign-in, payments, push, models), that provider’s policy applies and processing may occur outside China. 5. Your rights
You may access, copy, correct, or delete personal information, and withdraw consent, as follows:
- Delete your account / account-side personal information: Settings → Delete account (usually immediate).
- Access, copy, or correct account information: email vweiwo@163.com. After we verify you, we reply within 15 business days.
- On-device conversation content: stored on your device by default; you can view or delete it there.
After you delete the account, transaction records are kept in anonymized form as required by law.
6. Other
Minors should use the app with a guardian’s consent. We may update this policy; material changes will be shown in the app.
