Speech to text: turn what you hear into text so you can keep their question.
Structured hints: a first sentence, supporting points, examples, and follow-up questions you can edit.
Eight hints: General (make the answer clear), Concise (something you can say now), Follow-up (ask back what is unclear), Reassuring (meet the feeling first; membership), Refusal (draw the line), Case (add a real example; membership), Personal (sound like you), Terminology (hear what they are actually asking).
