Voice transcription

Voice transcription: turn their words into a sentence you can say

VWeiwo (vweiwo.com) is a communication assistant app: pick who you’re talking to, send their words in, and get hints you can say out loud. Voice is one of the inputs: a long stretch of what they said becomes text first, then hints.

What problem does voice transcription solve?

It solves “they said a long stretch and you only remember the last line.” You can use auto-recording or hold-to-record; transcription runs on your phone, so recordings do not need to be uploaded.

Meetings, phone calls, and post-interview reviews all get use out of it. Write the words down first, then decide how to answer; that holds steadier than thinking while listening.

What can you do after transcribing?

The transcript becomes the input directly, shaped into up to 8 hints around the audience you picked. A stretch from a phone call, once transcribed, can be answered from the hint without digging back through the chat log.

When they talk fast and pile on information, record the whole thing with voice first, then pick the hint that fits and say it out loud.

Are recordings uploaded?

Recordings do not have to be uploaded; transcription runs on your phone. When you shape a hint, we receive what that hint needs and share it with a model provider named in the privacy policy.

A two-hour meeting—how do you use it?

Auto-record the whole meeting and shape it afterwards by audience. Out of two hours, usually only three or four lines are worth keeping.

For what needs an answer, pick a hint and say it in the room. For what does not, the transcript stays in history for later.
